Cancelación de registro y habitaciones adquiridas a partir del 01 de diciembre 2023 pueden ser un 50% reembolsables hasta el 01 de julio del 2024, después de la fecha mencionada no aplica reembolso. *Se aceptan cambios de nombre en habitaciones y participación 30 días antes del evento.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration and payment. The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines below.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration and purchased rooms from December 01, 2023, can be 50% refundable until July 01, 2024; after the mentioned date, no refunds apply. *Name changes for rooms and participation are accepted up to 30 days before the event.
